- Sign up for your Edge membership in the SoS store and set up your account.
- Explore our Static Plans, now $0 in the SoS store when you sign in with your membership.
- Find the plan you want, select a start date, add to cart and checkout as normal – remember, it won’t cost you anything extra and will have a 100% discount applied.
- Within 24 hours of pairing your Training Peaks account, you’ll receive all of your workouts in TrainingPeaks

We will share your training plan with you within 24 hours after checkout!
When choosing your plans it is important to remember that all of our plans will be based on your specific training ranges which means no matter the volume your workouts will challenge you.
If you are debating between two training plans we recommend that you select the lower version. It is always possible to add more time to your training volume the weeks that you have it and this will help to set you up for success and a sense of accomplishment.
We layout our training plans to put specific emphasis and priority on key workouts. It is okay to adjust and modify your training plan by dragging workouts to different days on your Training Peaks calendar but, if you have questions, you can ask a coach during the twice monthly Q&A sessions.
Members of Edge have private access to a forum where they can ask any question or even search previous questions to find out answers to their needs.

You have two options. First, you can email us at [email protected] and ask us to remove your current plan from TrainingPeaks. Second, you can manually delete upcoming workouts from the plan in TrainingPeaks by clicking on the three horizontal lines at the top right-hand corner of each day or week in your training calendar by selecting, “Delete.” Then, simply repeat the process of exploring our static plans in the Science of Speed shop, check out and you’ll receive your new plan in the next 24 hours.
Yes, simply visit that same plan in the Science of Speed shop, select a start date, check out as you did before! Your training plan will be shared with you on TrainingPeaks within 24 hours.
