10 weeks to Six Gap Training Plans

Six Gap Century is a staple for riders in the Southeast! Offering three routes with distances for cyclists of all abilities, we don’t want you to be fooled into thinking that Six Gap, or even its shorter route, Three Gap, is a walk in the park. If not properly prepared, the late-September heat, sustained climbs, and longer days in the saddle can prove challenging for event-seasoned cyclists. 

Our coaches have had the privilege of helping dozens of athletes successfully complete both of these events with personally tailored coaching over the last 15 years but we understand that personalized coaching doesn’t fit the needs of every athlete, which is why we are offering other options to help you accomplish your goals and have a great time while in North Georgia!

All Training Plans begin on Monday, July 20th

Coaching Community calls will be up to 30 minutes and occur every other Thursday at 6pm EST beginning on July 23rd
