The physical demands of racing motocross tests an athlete’s strength and stamina and a rider’s heart rate can average upwards of 190bpm during a moto. Because of this a strength and aerobic training program is an important part of any motocross training plan.

Over fifteen years of working with motorsport athletes and understanding the science and physiology of training we have seen that improving strength and cardiovascular fitness can lead to:
