A 6-week plan to focus on increasing your aerobic base through increasing cycling time, and Tempo Focus.

Designed for: This gravel cycling plan is designed for athletes planning to participate in a 60-100 mile event or those who are early on in their training for an even longer gravel ride.  Optimal for athletes who are a minimum of 12-16 weeks out from their event and have had some consistency in their cycling frequency over the past 2 weeks or more.

Duration:  6 weeks

Average Week: 7.2hrs/week average with 4-5 workouts/week, 5 bike workouts (Average 7:12)

Longest Workout: Bike 3:00
