Six Gap Century is one of the bucket list events for many cyclists in the South East. It’s smooth roads, amazing turnout and challenging climbs are a great deal of the reason for a spectacular turnout. Don’t be fooled. Being ill-prepared for this tough event will leave you, not only sore but sorely disappointed and incredibly humbled by what the day can bring. With one of these Science of Speed training plans, you will be prepared for the hours of climbing that will be ahead of you on your Six Gap adventure! This is a mid-volume training plan, requiring a moderate time commitment to complete.
