The design of this plan has a bike heavy focus, while still tuning up the run skills to have you at a peak fitness with a reduced risk of injury.  This layout often proves to be great for many athletes as they come off the bike feeling fresher which leads to an even better run. This is a mid-volume training plan, requiring a moderate time commitment to complete.
