The Marathon General build program can do all of that and much more by pushing your limits and improving the quality of your workouts when and where it matters. With a healthy balance of varied intensity workouts, this plan is designed to prepare an athlete for whatever the terrain demands. This is a mid-volume training plan, requiring a moderate time commitment to complete.
