Designed for: This training plan is a great solution for triathletes who are looking for a greater sustainable running pace.  This low volume plan will be great for you if you are doing your first block of higher intensity running intervals or have a sprint distance coming up and you want a little tuning up on your top end pace.

Average Week: 5.2hrs/week average with, 3 run workouts (Average – 3:00), 2 bike workouts (Average 2:20)

Longest Workout: Run: 1:15, Bike 1:30
